Ta \u010di\u010derikina jed je doma na Bli\u017enjem vzhodu in ima toliko razli\u010dic, kolikor je kuharjev.<\/p>\n<p>Jed naredite prav hitro, ko uspete namo\u010diti in skuhati \u010di\u010deriko. Tale koli\u010dina zado\u0161\u010da za \u0161tiri la\u010dne oziroma \u0161est zmernih jedcev.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 kg \u010di\u010derike<\/li>\n<li>4 velike \u017elice sezamovih semen (ali tahini paste)<\/li>\n<li>4 stroki \u010desna<\/li>\n<li>sok 1 limone<\/li>\n<li>sol, poper, peter\u0161ilj, mleta sladka rde\u010da paprika, mlet \u010dili<\/li>\n<li>olivno olje<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u010ci\u010deriko namo\u010dimo \u010dez no\u010d. Pred kuhanjem jo zmencamo v dlaneh, da ji odstranimo \u010dimve\u010d lupinic in zamenjamo vodo. Kuhamo jo z \u017eli\u010dko sode bikarbone pribli\u017eno eno uro in odstranimo beljakovinske pene. Odstranjevanje lupinic, pen in soda bikarbona bosta ob\u010dutljivej\u0161e re\u0161ila te\u017eav, ki jih povzro\u010di hrana z oblilico vlaknin.<\/p>\n<p>Mehko skuhano \u010di\u010deriko pretla\u010dimo. Sezamova semena popra\u017eimo, jih zmeljemo v multipraktiku in jih dodamo \u010di\u010deriki. Prime\u0161amo \u0161e strt \u010desen, sladko in ostro papriko, poper, sol, olivno olje in limonin sok. \u010ce je pasta pretrda, dodamo malo vode.<\/p>\n<p>Humus\u00a0 jemo s kruhom.
