Sprijazniti se moramo, da ga kar ni, in da ga \u0161e velikooo mesecev ne bo (seveda eko pridelanega, slovenskega).<\/p>\n<p>Tako smo se spomnili na <a href=\"http:\/\/sl.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/%C4%8Cema%C5%BE\" target=\"_blank\">\u010dema\u017e<\/a>. Seveda, \u010dema\u017e nabiramo \u00a0spomladi, vendar se ga\u00a0 da zelo lepo shraniti v olivnem olju.\u00a0 Stanko Valpati\u010d in njegovi sodelavci ga nabirajo pod Bo\u010dem in shranijo v olivnem olju, z dodatkom himalajske soli in le\u0161nikov. Vse skupaj ima seveda ekocertifikat.<\/p>\n<p>Nam se zdi krasen nadomestek \u010desna v zimskih dneh, tako za kuho kot kar takega, iz kozar\u010dka. Zato smo ga dali v velike in srednje zaboj\u010dke tega tedna.
