Odkupujemo vse, kar zraste na slovenskih poljih v spodobnih koli\u010dinah in je na voljo po ceni, ki ni bistveno ve\u010dja od avstrijskih in italijanskih. Praznih zaboj\u010dkov nih\u010de ne mara, \u010detudi je to mogo\u010de v nacionalnem interesu; vsekakor pa je zadovoljen zaboj\u010dkar skupni interes kmeta in vseh zaboj\u010dkarjev (in tega se zavedajo skoraj vsi kmetje, \u010desar smo veseli). \u0160e vedno zagovarjamo pravico (skoraj) proste izbire, tako da lahko \u017ee jeste tudi \u017eivila, ki rastejo v neogrevanih rastlinjakih bli\u017enje okolice (eee, pri tem se pa podpora na\u0161ih kmetov, ki tega skorajda nimajo, hitro kon\u010da).<\/p>\n<p>Lansko leto smo se takle \u010das \u0161e mastili s paradi\u017enikom in solato (kumare so se nam zdele kar nekam premalo fine, bu\u010d pa \u0161e niti pogledali nismo). No, letos je druga\u010de, se zde kumare izjemno poletne in prav veseli smo jih:<\/p>\n<p><strong> Tople kumare v omaki<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 kumar<\/li>\n<li>4 krompirji<\/li>\n<li>3 sesekljani paradi\u017eniki<\/li>\n<li>pest sesekljanega peter\u0161ilja<\/li>\n<li>1 \u010debula, 3 stroki \u010desna<\/li>\n<li>sol, olivno olje, \u0161\u010depec kopra, \u0161\u010depec \u010dilija, \u017eli\u010dka paradi\u017enikove mezge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Krompir olupimo, nare\u017eemo na manj\u0161e ko\u0161\u010dke, solimo in skuhamo. \u010cebulo nasekljamo, dodamo olupljene in naribane kumare, solimo, dodamo \u010desen, koper, \u010dili in du\u0161imo 15 min. Dodamo olupljen in nasekljan paradi\u017enik, paradi\u017enikovo mezgo, sesekljan peter\u0161ilj, dosolimo po okusu in kuhamo \u0161e 10 min. Krompir odcedimo in prime\u0161amo k kumaram, kuhamo \u0161e 5 min. Zraven ponudimo kislo smetano (ki je \u0161e ni v zaboj\u010dku).
