V\u010dasih se zgodi pa nasprotno &#8211; da ima vseh 7 \u010dlanov oddelka svojo idejo, ki bi jo nujno rad ubesedil na listku, takoj in \u017ee to torkovo no\u010d. V tem tednu so bile najbolj glasne misli: o kakovosti, o dr\u017eanju besede, o anketi o zadovoljstvu z zelenimi zaboj\u010dki in rezultatih (ki so na FB), kako je le odli\u010dno dovolj dobro, o samoupravljanju in va\u0161ih kritikah, ki so dobrodo\u0161le in nujne, o vsem tem. In jasno je, da za vse ni dovolj prostora. Zato smo se odlo\u010dili, da o vsem tem sploh ne bomo pisali. Naj spregovori zelenjava:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #0d0d0d;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"><strong>Brokoli brokoli brokoli <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #0d0d0d;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\">Pernati brokoli, kot ste ga dobili, ima veliko perja, listov, zelenja in le majhne glavice. Zato toplo priporo\u010damo, da ga uporabite prav celega. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"><strong>Brokolijev trakci (ali pa ohrovtovi, tudi zelje verjetno velja, pa listje od cveta\u010de, vse to)<\/strong><em><br \/>\n0,5 kg brokoli listi ali ohrovta (ipd.), 1 \u017elica olivnega olja, 1 skodelica drobno sesekljane \u010debule, 2 stroka \u010desna, zelenjavno juho, \u010de je potrebno, sol in poper po okusu, peko\u010da omaka po okusu, mleta rde\u010da paprika <\/em><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"><br \/>\nOdstranite trde \u017eile, umijte in osu\u0161ite. 4 ali 5 listov tesno zvijte ter nare\u017eemo na trakce. Srednje segrejte olje v veliki ponvi. Dodajte \u010debulo in \u010desen, pra\u017eite 4-5 minut, dokler res rahlo ne porjavi. Dodajte brokoli \/ ohrovt, kuhajte 15-25 minut oziroma dokler se primerno ne zmeh\u010da. Dodajate lahko juho, \u010de se zel preve\u010d osu\u0161i. Pred koncem po \u017eelji dodajte sol, poper, rde\u010da paprika ter peko\u010do omako, kuhajte \u0161e 2 min. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"><strong>\u010cips rde\u010de pese (hitri, po\u010dasni in res po\u010dasni) ali <\/strong><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"><em><strong>\u010desarkoli <\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"><strong>drugega<\/strong><br \/>\nVzamete rde\u010do peso (korenje, pastinak), jo nare\u017eete na kolobar\u010dke in a) <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"><em>ocvrite<\/em><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"> v olju (2 min) ali b) <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"><em>pecite<\/em><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"> na 170oC okoli 25 min ali c) <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"><em>su\u0161ite<\/em><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"> na 45oC, dokler se ne posu\u0161i (nekaj ur gotovo). Tudi \u010de imate le balkon, ena rastlina je dovolj za veselje od doma\u010dem pridelku! Prvi prevzem sadik bo mo\u017een 4.4. (solate, kapusnice), drugi pa 25. aprila. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #0d0d0d;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"><strong>Naro\u010dila za prvi prevzem le \u0161e do 21. januarja <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #0d0d0d;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\">(potem bodo pa po\u010dasi rasle samo za vas). <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #0d0d0d;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"><strong>Embala\u017ea: Plasti\u010dne : papirnate vre\u010dke. <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #0d0d0d;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\">No, nam je najbolj v\u0161e\u010d, \u010de ni ni\u010d vre\u010dk. Nekako takole smo se nau\u010dili: pozimi je hladno in zelenjava le po\u010dasi izgublja vlago, zato si lahko kdaj pa kdaj privo\u0161\u010dimo kak\u0161no vre\u010dko manj (recimo pri solati, \u0161pina\u010di). Nikoli je ne moremo je dati v papirnato vre\u010dko, saj bi ta vre\u010dka pojedla vso vlago. Poleti moramo pakirati v vre\u010dke, saj je tako toplo, da bi v nasprotnem dostavili uvelo zelenjavo. Krompir pakiramo v papirnate vre\u010dke, saj je umazan od zemlje in bi tako imeli umazan ves zaboj\u010dek. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #0d0d0d;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"><strong>\u010ce smo v tem tednu zamudili,<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #0d0d0d;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"> nam opravi\u010dite.
