Spet je teden naokoli in spet smo vam pripravili nekaj idej za pripravo tedenskega jedilnika.<\/p>\n<p>Lep delovni teden vam \u017eelim, nasmejte se!<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Sabina<\/p>\n<p>Jedilnik za ta teden:<\/p>\n<p><strong>ponedeljek<\/strong><br \/>\nZ: koren\u010dkovo pomaran\u010dni smoothie<br \/>\nM: sve\u017ee pesine pal\u010dke, ki jih pomakamo v tahini<br \/>\nK: ri\u017eota (rjavi ri\u017e, korenje, radi\u010d, grah, rozine)<br \/>\nM: datlji<\/p>\n<p><strong>torek<\/strong><br \/>\nZ: prosene rezine s suhimi slivami<br \/>\nM: jabol\u010dna \u010de\u017eana s proseno ka\u0161o<br \/>\nK: brokolijevo krompirjeva kremna juha, pirine pala\u010dinke<br \/>\nM: jogurtova strjenka<\/p>\n<p><strong>sreda<\/strong><br \/>\nZ: smoothie (steblo zelene, koren\u010dek, jabolko, datelj)<br \/>\nM: suhe hru\u0161ke<br \/>\nK: blitva s krompirjem, osli\u010d, zelena solata<br \/>\nM: chia mousse z banano in cimetom<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u010detrtek<\/strong><br \/>\nZ: dan prej namo\u010deni le\u0161niki in mandlji<br \/>\nM: koren\u010dkove in pesine pal\u010dke, ki jih pomakamo v humus<br \/>\nK: mine\u0161tra iz \u010di\u010derike, koren\u010dka, krompirja in zelene<br \/>\nM: pe\u010deno jabolko<\/p>\n<p><strong>petek<\/strong><br \/>\nZ: ko\u0161\u010dki \u010drnega kruha v beli kavi<br \/>\nM: kivi<br \/>\nK: solata iz kisle repe in fi\u017eola, \u010debulna br\u017eola, pire krompir<br \/>\nM: pomaran\u010da<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>CHASKIN RECEPT TEDNA<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>pomaran\u010dno jogurtova strjenka<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tokrat smo recept za jogurtovo strjenko ukradli<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"tukaj\" href=\"http:\/\/www.lindentea.com\/?p=2798\" target=\"_blank\">tukaj<br \/>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<p>in ga malo priredili:<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00bd lon\u010dka sve\u017eega mleka iz Zelenega Zaboj\u010dka<br \/>\n\u00bd lon\u010dka jogurta<br \/>\n2 \u017elici agar agar (rastlinska \u017eelatina)<br \/>\n1-2 \u017elici rjavega sladkorja<br \/>\n1 vanilijev strok<br \/>\n\u0161\u010depec cimeta<br \/>\n\u0161\u010depec kardamoma<\/p>\n<p>Mleko, jogurt, agar agar, sladkor, cimet, kardamom in vanilijeva<br \/>\nsemena segrejemo v posodi nad majhnim ognjem in ob\u010dasno preme\u0161amo,<br \/>\ndokler se agar agar popolnoma ne stopi. Me\u0161anico pustimo stati<br \/>\nkakih 10 minut, nato jo prelijemo v 4 lon\u010dke, ki jih prej oblijemo<br \/>\nz mrzlo vodo. Damo v hladilnik in po\u010dakamo 2 do 3 ure.<br \/>\nPostre\u017eemo prelito s kak\u0161no dobro doma\u010do marmelado, kakavom ali<br \/>\nkar samo javorjevim sirupom.<br \/>\nDober tek!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pozdravljeni.
