Danes sem iz firbca pobrskala po arhivu jedilnikov in ugotovila, da se dru\u017eimo \u017ee pol leta! Meni je neverjetno hitro minilo. \u0160est krat \u0161tiri do pet jedilnikov na mesec je pa tudi \u017ee kar precej\u0161nja zaloga idej za zdrave in hitro pripravljene obroke. In \u010de vam jedilnik tega tedna ne di\u0161i preve\u010d, lahko pobrskate po arhivu in najdete kaj malo druga\u010de di\u0161e\u010dega.<\/p>\n<p>Sabina<\/p>\n<p>Jedilnik za ta teden:<\/p>\n<p><strong>ponedeljek<\/strong><br \/>\nZ: smoothie (pomaran\u010da, rde\u010da pomaran\u010da, pesa, pest regrata)<br \/>\nM: pirin zdrob z naribanim jabolkom<br \/>\nK: velika skleda motovilca s polnozrnatimi testeninami, fi\u017eolom, pope\u010denim<br \/>\ntofujem ter naribanim koren\u010dkom in peso;<br \/>\nM: mandarina<\/p>\n<p><strong>torek<\/strong><br \/>\nZ: avokadov \u010dokoladni puding<br \/>\nM: dan prej namo\u010deni mandlji<br \/>\nK: skleda radi\u010da s fi\u017eolom in redkvicami, pomfri (pe\u010den v pe\u010dici), pe\u010dene<br \/>\npi\u0161\u010dan\u010dje perutni\u010dke<br \/>\nM: rde\u010di in oran\u017eni pomaran\u010dni krhlji<\/p>\n<p><strong>sreda<\/strong><br \/>\nZ: smoothie (banana, pomaran\u010da, \u0161pina\u010da, pest namo\u010denih ovsenih kosmi\u010dev)<br \/>\nM: kamutov kruh s \u010di\u010derikinim namazom*<br \/>\nK: le\u010dina enolon\u010dnica s pastinakom, koren\u010dkom in brokolijem<br \/>\nM: stebelna zelena, ki jo pomakamo v tahini<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u010detrtek<\/strong><br \/>\nZ: pe\u010dena prosena ka\u0161a z mletimi le\u0161niki<br \/>\nM: mandarine<br \/>\nK: file brancina na \u017earu, du\u0161eno zelje z rde\u010do le\u010do, zelena solata<br \/>\nM: ovseni kruh s skutnim namazom (skuta, malo mleka, \u010desen, kal\u010dki)<\/p>\n<p><strong>petek<\/strong><br \/>\nZ: eko keksi z medom, limonada<br \/>\nM: belo-rumeno-oran\u017ene kockice (pastinak, korenje)<br \/>\nK: narastek iz prosene ka\u0161e in parjene zelenjave (\u010debula, brokoli, cveta\u010da)<br \/>\nM: sadno nabodalo (kivi, banana, jabolko)<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>CHASKIN RECEPT TEDNA<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u010di\u010derikin namaz<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Potrebujemo:<br \/>\n&#8211; skodelico kuhane \u010di\u010derike (okrog 250g)<br \/>\n&#8211; 4 su\u0161ene paradi\u017enike<br \/>\n&#8211; majhen strok \u010desna<br \/>\n&#8211; nekaj kapljic limoninega soka<br \/>\n&#8211; 3 \u017elice olivnega olja<br \/>\n&#8211; sol<br \/>\n&#8211; 30 na drobno zrezanih \u010drnih oliv<\/p>\n<p>Priprava:<\/p>\n<p>Vse sestavine, razen oliv, stresemo v me\u0161alnik. Dodamo nekaj vode in<br \/>\nme\u0161amo, dokler ne dobimo gladkega namaza. \u010cisto na koncu v namaz vme\u0161amo \u0161e<br \/>\nolive. Postre\u017eemo na kosu dobrega doma\u010dega kruha ali kot pomako za zelenjavne pal\u010dke (koren\u010dek, pesa, pastinak, stebelna zelena &#8230; )<\/p>\n<p>Dober tek!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pozdravljeni.
