List kolerabe in pehtran drobno nare\u017eemo. Dodamo limonov sok in vse skupaj preme\u0161amo. Pred serviranjem prelijemo s kislim mlekom, ki smo mu dodali solni cvet in sve\u017ee zmlet poper. Dodamo olivno olje in limetinega ali limonin sok. Sesekljamo paradi\u017enik in ga zme\u0161amo s \u0161etrajem.
