S tem kontrolna organizacija (pri nas so tri) jam\u010di, da res prodajamo le ekolo\u0161ko kot ekolo\u0161ko. Pri zaboj\u010dkarjih (in zadrugi) je kontrola preprosta, prodajamo le ekolo\u0161ko in pri nas do me\u0161anja z neekolo\u0161kim ne more priti. Lahko bi pa nala\u0161\u010d kupovali ne-ekolo\u0161ko in prodajali kot ekolo\u0161ko (torej, \u010de prodamo 100 kg solate, smo jo morali vsaj toliko ali \u0161e malce ve\u010d tudi kupiti od eko kmetov ali od drugega certificiranega trgovca), tako da se kontrolorji posvetijo predvsem temu. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #0d0d0d;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"><span style=\"background: transparent;\">Na\u0161a izku\u0161nja je taka, da vsak, ki se predano ukvarja z ekolo\u0161kim, s tem \u017eivi in po\u010dne le to, ta zelo verjetno ne bo lagal \u2013 vse vlo\u017eeno delo, ves odnos in vso osebno dostojanstvo tvegati za nekaj tiso\u010d evrov? Razdelite jih po peka\u010du, oblo\u017eenem s papirjem za peko. \u010cesen olupite in ga zre\u017eite na tanke rezine. Me\u0161anico olj\u010dnega olja, lupinice, soli in rezine \u010desna prelijte po brokoliju. Pribli\u017eno 25 minut pecite na 180 stopinj (ventilatorska 160 stopinj). Pe\u010den brokoli nakapajte s pomaran\u010dnim sokom in potresite s sve\u017ee mletim poprom.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; line-height: 105%;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #0d0d0d;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"><span style=\"background: transparent;\"><b>Solata z brokolijem in mlado \u010debulo. <\/b>Brokoli o\u010distimo, osrednji del glavice pustimo cel. Steblo na tanko nare\u017eemo, liste operemo. Zavremo vodo in jo osolimo. Najprej damo vanjo narezano steblo, po 5 minutah dodamo liste in cvet; kuhamo \u0161e 5 minut. Odcedimo, ko se ohladi, polijemo z marinado kisa, olj\u010dnega olja in popra. Posujemo z bolj grobo narezano mlado \u010debulo, mladim \u010desnom in sesekljanim peter\u0161iljem. Postavimo v hladilnik. Ko \u017eelimo jesti, samo dobro preme\u0161amo.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; line-height: 105%;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #0d0d0d;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"><span style=\"background: transparent;\"><b>Brokoli s polento. <\/b>Nare\u017eemo steblo, nalomimo cvet na drobne cvetke. Vse to popra\u017eimo na olju, dodamo \u010desen, \u0161e malo pra\u017eimo, lahko za\u010dinimo z mu\u0161katnim ore\u0161kom. Vme\u0161amo v kuhano polento, po \u017eelji dodamo \u0161e nariban sir (3 \u2013 5 dag na osebo), pe\u010demo, da se na polenti naredi rumena skorjica. Vsaj malo ohladimo in nare\u017eemo. (\u010ce se nam mudi, pa jemo kar z \u017elico). <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; line-height: 105%;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #0d0d0d;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"><span style=\"background: transparent;\">Tole pa ni za jest, niti ni dermatolo\u0161ko preverjeno, ni\u010d od tega, je pa zanimivo. Z nami je delila Petra, ki pravi takole:<br \/>\n\u201e<b>100% eko deodorant, <\/b>in po mojih izku\u0161njah je to edini eko deodorant, ki resni\u010dno deluje. Tu je pa \u0161e recept, \u010de \u0161e kdo \u017eeli poizkusiti (edino opozorilo, izberite primerno eteri\u010dno olje, da niste nanj alergi\u010dni):<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal; line-height: 105%;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #0d0d0d;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"><i><span style=\"background: transparent;\">1\/4 skodelice koruznega \u0161kroba, 1\/4 skodelice sode bikarbone, 10-20 kapljic eteri\u010dnega olja (vonj po va\u0161i \u017eelji \u2013 jaz najraje uporabljam limono ali pomaran\u010do), 2+ \u017elici kokosovega olja ali karitejevega masla (lahko dodate tudi ve\u010d).<\/span><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; line-height: 105%;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #0d0d0d;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"><span style=\"background: transparent;\">Koruzni \u0161krob in sodo bikarbono zme\u0161ajte v posodi in zmesi dodajte delno stopljeno kokosovo olje ali karitejevo maslo in eteri\u010dno olje. Z nastalo zmesjo napolnite prazno posodico deodoranta in \u010dez kak dan ali dva pri\u010dnite z uporabo. Jagode od Kerina (Raka, Kr\u0161ko) in \u010de\u0161nje (Reja, Gori\u0161ka Brda) bodo v zaboj\u010dkih kar kmalu po praznikih \u2013 \u010de\u0161nje mogo\u010de \u017ee kar \u010disto takoj! To je vedno dober znak, prvo sadje prinese ne le pre\u017eivetje, ampak tudi razko\u0161je okusov (ker kot vsako leto smo se zelenih re\u010di \u017ee malo preobjedli).
